Arrival & Pickup

Once you reach the arrival lobby, please contact the driver whose details were provided to you in advance.

Due to airport security and regulations, please allow 10-30 minutes for your professional driver to pull up to the curbside after you make contact.

Once the service is completed, the remaining 90% balance will be automatically charged to your registered credit card.

At AGASA Emergency Service / WELHIRE, we believe that physical limitations should never limit your dreams. Japan is a beautiful country, but for wheelchair users, it can often feel like a maze of uncertainty. We didn't start this business just to provide transportation; we started it to provide freedom, dignity, and peace of mind.
Born from Experience, Driven by Empathy
At the heart of our mission is a deep, personal understanding of what it means to lose one's mobility.
Our founder, Kaichi Takeuchi, was once a dedicated corporate athlete, living a life of strength and movement. However, his path was suddenly altered by a severe back injury in his youth. He underwent two major, life-changing surgeries and spent a significant period facing the harsh reality of physical limitation.
He knows the frustration of a body that will not follow the will of the mind. He knows the feeling of the world suddenly becoming smaller, less accessible, and more intimidating.
This period of "immobility" was the seed that grew into AGASA Emergency Service/ WELHIRE. Kaichi didn't just study caregiving; he lived it from the patient’s perspective. He realized that true service isn't just about moving a person from point A to point B—it’s about restoring the dignity and the joy of "being able to go where you want to go."
Combined with his years of mastering Japanese hospitality (Omotenashi) in the culinary world, Kaichi established the Agasa Global Foundation. His goal was to ensure that no one—regardless of their physical condition—should ever feel like a "burden" or a "patient" while exploring the beauty of Japan.
Through our "Nurse Diplomat" philosophy, every journey is overseen with the precision of a professional and the deep empathy of someone who has walked (and sat) in your shoes. We don't just provide a vehicle; we provide a return to freedom.
